With ELBA International installed on your personal computers, you can connect to the bank directly from your office at time convenient for you and perform the following:
ELBA International from Raiffeisenbank is a product that provides real freedom of action for your (daily) business ensuring direct connection with your bank and access to your accounts 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
ELBA International uses MultiCash – a software for electronic banking well known in Europe.
The product is user friendly, it does nor require special computer knowledge and it is provided with on-line help.
Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) offers software versions of the product in Bulgarian and/or in English. In order to make you feel comfortable in using the product, the bank has developed a comprehensive Instruction Manual for using ELBA International and our specialists perform on-site free of charge training of its clients.
Fill in the form – “Request for using ELBA International” and present it in one of the offices of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD personally, by mail or fax.
We shall reach you when we receive your request in order to arrange a date and time for installing the software and training your staff in your office.

ELBA International uses a software product internationally recognized for its high level of security. Over 200 banks and financial institutions offer electronic banking via MultiCash to their clients.
The security of Elba International that protects the data and the account information from unauthorized access is implemented on three levels:
ELBA International has a module for electronic signature.
In case of LAN installation, a shared directory should be created and all MultiCash clients should have access to this shared directory.
