    - Work closely with the mid-level and senior application administrators to ensure incidents and requests are solved within SLA (service-level agreement) parameters
    - Keep users informed about the status of their technical problem
    - Be second level of IT support to Bank customers using the systems for electronic banking services
    - Produce and maintain user documentation
    - Provide on-going reporting of progress and keep work on time
