    * To send electronic orders for issuing of bank guarantees and letters of credit it is necessary to register a Qualified Electronic Signature (QEP)

    Authorisation

    To perform active banking operations through Raiffeisen ONLINE, you need to use one of the following security tools:

    SMS authorisation

    Upon confirmation of payments and forms in the Raiffeisen ONLINE system, you will receive an SMS message with a one-off verification code to a mobile telephone number with a Bulgarian mobile operator stated beforehand on the registration form.

    The SMS message also contains payment information - the amount and the last digits of the recipient’s account or the type of order.

    The registration for the service and receipt of SMS messages are completely free**.

    ** Additional fees may be charged by the mobile operator when an SMS is received in roaming mode.

    What is an "SMS authorization code"

    The SMS authorization code is an additional tool to protect online payments. It is issued by Raiffeisenbank and serves as a one-off temporary code sent via SMS to a mobile phone.

    How are payments made

    Upon confirmation of payments in the Raiffeisen ONLINE system, you will receive an SMS message with a one-off verification code of the selected transfer/group of transfers to a mobile telephone number stated beforehand on the registration form. The SMS message contains also payment information - the amount and the last digits of the recipient’s account. You need to enter the transaction verification code in the system. For additional security, it is recommended to check the payment details from the SMS message with the details of the transaction entered in the computer. You can confirm a group of payments with one SMS code.

    Who is the service intended for

    The ‘SMS authorization code’ is a service available to all current and future users of Raiffeisen ONLINE who use online banking for active transactions and have a valid mobile number with a Bulgarian mobile operator.

    What is the service charge

    The registration for the service and receipt of SMS messages are completely free. Together with the guaranteed security of payments, the client also saves bank transaction costs as Raiffeisen ONLINE transfer fees are significantly lower than the fees for payments made at a bank office.

    How to register for the service

    All Raiffeisenbank clients can register for this service by visiting one of Raiffeisenbank’s offices and declaring their willingness to actively use online banking with SMS authorization code.

    Token authorization

    The token is a compact, convenient and user-friendly security device that generates one-off valid codes for verification of your transactions and forms.

    It does not require installation or other special settings.

    What is a token?

    • It is a security device for Raiffeisen ONLINE transactions that generates codes for a single verification of transactions. To use the token, the user must enter their personal PIN.
    • The device does not require installation on the user’s computer or other special settings.

    What does a token provide

    • Additional security when making bank transfers or other online transactions
    • Convenience and ease of use without need for additional software installation
    • Mobility - at any time from anywhere in the world
    • A warranty period of 18 months

    You can buy a token at any office of Raiffeisenbank.

    What is the price for a token

    One-off charge for purchase of the device:

    • BGN 30 (VAT included) for individuals and legal entities
