    Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD provides its customers with information about account balances and movements as follows:

    On paper

    Statements of account and debit/credit advices can be provided by the Bank on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, according to your requirements; statements/advices in English language are also available; statements and advices are available after 9.00 a.m. on the next banking day in the Bank or can be sent to the Customer by registered mail once a month; there are no additional charges for the service.

    By phone/fax

    By subscription to the Phone/Fax Automatic Bank Information System, and dialing an identification code from your telephone set; updates on the actual and disposable account balances are available, updating occurs automatically every 60 minutes. Two days history record on the account are also available by fax.

    Electronically

    By using ELBA International (MultiCash 3.0) – a software product, which the Bank offers to customers for electronic banking; customers have direct access 24 hours a day 365 days a year to all information regarding account postings and balances; information is being updated every 60 minutes.
